EEC: Elections in OAKA on September 12
The EEC issued a statement calling on all members to vote in September in OAKA.

WE CALL
The Associations - Members of the Federation in an Ordinary General Assembly on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 11.00 am, which will take place in the indoor Basketball Gym of O.A.K.A. (37 Kifissias Ave., Maroussi). In case alternative modifications of the above mentioned become necessary, due to covid 19, the member unions of the Federation will be informed in a timely manner.

Election of President and Secretary of the Assembly
Report of the Audit Committee
Approval of the Financial Report from 1/1/2020 until 31/3/2021
Accountability and report of the outgoing Management - dismissal of the outgoing BoD. from any responsibility.
Election of two (2) members of the Ephorate Committee
Nominations for the Election of a) Chairman and 17 Members of the Board. and b) 3 full members of the Audit Committee, 3 full members and 2 alternates.
Election of Regular Representative of E.O.K. and his deputy in E.O.E.
In case the quorum provided by the Articles of Association is not reached, the General Meeting will be held the next day (MONDAY 13-9-2021) at 9.30 am, in the same place, with the same items on the Agenda.
In this case, the Assembly is in quorum, regardless of the number of Associations present.

USEFUL INFORMATION :
For the conduct of the Ordinary General Meeting and the nominations for the election of the Board. and the EU of the Federation the provisions of Law 2725/199 are in force, as it has been amended and is in force with laws 4726/2020 and 4761/2020 (articles 21,22,24) in combination with articles 8,9,10,11, 12,22,23 and 37 of the Articles of Association of E.O.K.
A) The Associations are requested to have settled by 5/9/2021 at the latest their subscriptions to the EOK, in order not to create a crowd on the day of the General Assembly, which will result in delaying its start .
B) The candidacies of those who wish to take part in the New Board of Directors of the Federation, in the Audit Committee and in the election of the representatives in the E.O.E. must be submitted no later than 10 days before the General Meeting, as provided by the Articles of Association, ie by 3 p.m. of 1/9/2021, at the offices of E.O.K.
Each Association has the right to propose for the Board. or the Audit Committee the candidacy of a Full Member.
The candidate must, at the time of submission of the candidacy, be a member of the Association with the right to vote or to be elected in its bodies and not to fall under the prohibitive provisions of Law 2725/99. The candidacy is submitted with a document of the Association, which must contain a certificate for the above.
C) Regarding the appointment of representatives, who are entitled to take part in the General Assembly, we refer you to the provisions of article 24 par. 1 of law 2725/1999, as amended by law 4726/2020. The representative is appointed by decision of the Board of the association and is a member of the Board. his.
The unions must notify the EOK 30 days before the General Assembly. any changes to the agents already appointed.
D) The representative of the Association - Member of the General Assembly must necessarily present to the Assembly proof of identity (eg police ID, Passport, Driver's License, etc.), in order to perform his electoral duties in the presence of the judicial representative.

Έχοντες υπόψη :
α) Τον Νόμο 2725/99, όπως αυτός τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει

γ) Την από 15 Ιουνίου 2021 απόφαση του Προσωρινού Δ.Σ. της Ε.Ο.Κ.
Κ Α Λ Ο Υ Μ Ε
Τα Σωματεία – Μέλη της Ομοσπονδίας σε Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση την Κυριακή 12 Σεπτεμβρίου 2021 και ώρα 11.00 π.μ., που θα γίνει στο κλειστό Γυμναστήριο Μπάσκετ του Ο.Α.Κ.Α. (Λ. Κηφισίας 37 Μαρούσι). Σε περίπτωση που καταστούν αναγκαίες εναλλακτικές τροποποιήσεις των παραπάνω αναφερομένων, λόγω του covid 19, θα γίνει έγκαιρη ενημέρωση των σωματείων μελών της Ομοσπονδίας

Εκλογή δύο (2) μελών της Εφορευτικής Επιτροπής
Αρχαιρεσίες για την Εκλογή α) Προέδρου και 17 Μελών του Δ.Σ. και β) 3 τακτικών μελών της Εξελεγκτικής Επιτροπής, 3 τακτικών και 2 αναπληρωματικών.
Εκλογή Τακτικού Εκπροσώπου της Ε.Ο.Κ. και αναπληρωτή του στην Ε.Ο.Ε.
Σε περίπτωση που δεν θα επιτευχθεί η απαρτία που προβλέπει το Καταστατικό, η Συνέλευση θα πραγματοποιηθεί την επομένη ημέρα (ΔΕΥΤΕΡΑ 13-9-2021) στις 9.30 π.μ., στον ίδιο χώρο, με τα ίδια θέματα Ημερήσιας Διάταξης.
Στην περίπτωση αυτή, η Συνέλευση βρίσκεται σε απαρτία, ανεξάρτητα του αριθμού των παρόντων Σωματείων.

ΧΡΗΣΙΜΕΣ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕΣ :
Για τη διεξαγωγή της Τακτικής Γενικής Συνέλευσης και των αρχαιρεσιών για την εκλογή του Δ.Σ. και της Ε.Ε. της Ομοσπονδίας έχουν ισχύ οι διατάξεις του ν. 2725/199, όπως αυτός έχει τροποποιηθεί και ισχύει με τοτς νόμους 4726/2020 και 4761/2020 (άρθρα 21,22,24) σε συνδυασμό με τα άρθρα 8,9,10,11,12,22,23 και 37 του Καταστατικού της Ε.Ο.Κ.
Α) Παρακαλούνται τα Σωματεία να έχουν τακτοποιήσει μέχρι 5/9/2021 το αργότερο τις συνδρομές τους προς την Ε.Ο.Κ., για να μη δημιουργηθεί συνωστισμός την ημέρα της Γενικής Συνέλευσης, που θα έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα, να καθυστερήσει η έναρξή της.
Β) Οι υποψηφιότητες όσων επιθυμούν να πάρουν μέρος στο Νέο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της Ομοσπονδίας, στην Εξελεγκτική Επιτροπή και στην εκλογή των εκπροσώπων στην Ε.Ο.Ε. πρέπει να υποβληθούν το αργότερο 10 ημέρες προ της Γενικής Συνέλευσης, όπως προβλέπεται από το Καταστατικό, ήτοι μέχρι τις 3 μ.μ. της 1/9/2021, στα γραφεία της Ε.Ο.Κ.
Το κάθε Σωματείο έχει δικαίωμα να προτείνει για το Δ.Σ. ή την Εξελεγκτική Επιτροπή την υποψηφιότητα ενός Τακτικού μέλους.
Ο υποψήφιος θα πρέπει, κατά του χρόνου της υποβολής της υποψηφιότητας, να είναι μέλος του Σωματείου με δικαίωμα να εκλέγει ή να εκλέγεται στα όργανα αυτού και να μη εμπίπτει στις απαγορευτικές διατάξεις του Ν. 2725/99. Η υποψηφιότητα υποβάλλεται μ΄ έγγραφο του Σωματείου, το οποίο πρέπει να περιέχει βεβαίωση για τα ανωτέρω.
Γ) Σχετικά με τον ορισμό αντιπροσώπων, που δικαιούνται να λάβουν μέρος στη Γενική Συνέλευση, σας παραπέμπουμε στις διατάξεις του άρθρου 24 παρ.1 του ν. 2725/1999, όπως αυτός έχει τροποποιηθεί με το ν. 4726/2020 Ο εκπρόσωπος ορίζεται με απόφαση του Δ.Σ. του σωματείου και είναι μέλος του Δ.Σ. αυτού.
Τα σωματεία θα πρέπει 30 ημέρες πριν την Γενική Συνέλευση να γνωστοποιήσουν στην Ε.Ο.Κ. τυχόν αλλαγές στους ήδη ορισθέντες αντιπροσώπους.
Δ) Ο αντιπρόσωπος Σωματείου – Μέλους της Γενικής Συνέλευσης θα πρέπει απαραιτήτως να προσκομίσει στη Συνέλευση αποδεικτικό στοιχείο της ταυτότητάς του (π.χ. αστυνομική ταυτότητα, Διαβατήριο, Άδεια οδήγησης κλπ), προκειμένου να εκτελέσει τα εκλογικά του καθήκοντα παρουσία του δικαστικού αντιπροσώπου.
