Bender continues in Maccabi until the end of the season
Maccabi has agreed with Dragan Bender and the young tall man will stay in Israel until the end of the season.
Bender signed a contract a few months ago in the summer, with the prospect of returning to the NBA in mind. In the end, this did not happen, Maccabi was satisfied with his performances and the two sides agreed to extend their cooperation until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old ace has 5.2 points and 3.8 rebounds per game in the Euroleague this year, while recently he counted 15 points with 7/10 two points in the match against Barcelona.

Η Μακάμπι συμφώνησε με τον Ντράγκαν Μπέντερ και ο νεαρός ψηλός θα μείνει στο Ισραήλ μέχρι το τέλος της σεζόν.
Ο Μπέντερ υπέγραψε συμβόλαιο λίγων μηνών το καλοκαίρι, έχοντας στο μυαλό του την προοπτική της επιστροφής στο ΝΒΑ. Τελικά δεν συνέβη κάτι τέτοιο, η Μακάμπι έμεινε ικανοποιημένη από τις εμφανίσεις του και οι δύο πλευρές συμφώνησαν να επεκτείνουν την συνεργασία τους μέχρι το τέλος της σεζόν.
Ο 23χρονος άσος μετρά φέτος 5,2 πόντους και 3,8 ριμπάουντ ανά ματς στην Euroleague, ενώ πρόσφατα μέτρησε 15 πόντους με 7/10 δίποντα στο ματς με την Μπαρτσελόνα.
