For the first time since 2005, the final phase of the Euroleague will return to Moscow in 2019.

According to reports of the Russian website «izvestia.ru» The decision is taken and is expected in the coming days and the official announcement.

So after Belgrade will host the Final Four in 2018, the next stage of the tournament will be in Moscow.

The matches will be played in under construction VTB Arena which is expected to be ready in 2017. The new stadium will be part of a band that has a football pitch, while the 12,000 seats will be basketball court and ice-hockey matches and concerts .

Για πρώτη φορά μετά το 2005 η τελική φάση της Ευρωλίγκας θα επιστρέψει στη Μόσχα το 2019.

Σύμφωνα με ρεπορτάζ της ρωσικής ιστοσελίδας «izvestia.ru» η απόφαση έχει παρθεί και αναμένεται στις επόμενες μέρες και η επίσημη ανακοίνωση.

Έτσι μετά το Βελιγράδι που θα φιλοξενήσει το Φάιναλ Φορ το 2018, ο επόμενος σταθμός της διοργάνωσης θα είναι στη Μόσχα.

Οι αγώνες θα γίνουν στην υπό κατασκευή VTB Arena η οποία αναμένεται να είναι έτοιμη μέσα στο 2017. Το νέο γήπεδο θα είναι μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος που θα έχει και γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου, ενώ στο γήπεδο μπάσκετ 12.000 θέσεων θα γίνονται και αγώνες ice-hockey αλλά και συναυλίες.
